What to expect when you call us to list your home.

Both Jim and I have been Realtors® with Coldwell Banker, Country Properties, Inc. since 1994.  We have lots of experience in selling homes in Pearl River County.  We are each multi-million dollar producers and have broad experience in the residential real estate market.  We also give you the advantage of having two agents working for you to get your home sold.

We work on what is called a "two step" process.  The first visit to your home is a time for us to measure, and determine the condition of your home.  This step is about 30 minutes of your time, based on questions that you may have.  The second step will be when we actually sit down with you, go over our market analysis, and give you a general idea of closing costs for your home.  This process may take 30 to 45 minutes, but well worth your time.

WE WILL:

1) We will measure your home.  This means that we can accurately price your home competitively.

2)We will compare your home with others that have recently sold that are most like yours.

3)We will price your home in a manner that will sell as quickly as possible, and will net the most money for you.

4)We will work to promote your home to local agents and the general public in the manner that we have found most fitting for the market.

5)When we get an offer on your home we will present to you a proceeds sheet based on that offer.

6)When an offer becomes a contract we will stay on top the process & keep you informed until your home closes.

We strive to give sellers the information that they need in order to make an educated decision in today's market.

If you are interested in a no cost, no obligation look at your home, please contact us to schedule an appointment. We want you to make an informed decision.
